All orders are handmade and processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Because most items in our shop are custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalized products.

Eligible Returns (Non-Personalized Items):

*Must be unused.

*Must be in original packaging.

*Must be request within 7 days of delivery

*Return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility

If you need help with a return request, feel free to contact us.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact within 48 hours if:

*The item is defective

*The item arrives damaged

*You receive the wrong item

Send photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right for you right away.
